本机简介:
◎ 本机采用前缘送纸与模切整体设计。
◎ 本机可以与接料机、边角清除机组成普通全自动生产流水线。
◎ 进纸方式可选择无轴进纸或有轴进纸。
◎ 版辊横移可选择PLC控制或手轮调整。
◎ 传动齿轮采用优质合金钢，渗碳淬火后精磨制造。
◎ 齿轮采用双喷淋润滑系统。
◎ 主机、风机采用变频控制，相位电机可采用PLC触摸屏控制或数字控制。
Brief Introduction:
◎ This machine adopts the overall design of lead edge feeder and die cutting.
◎ This machine can make up normal automatic production line with stacker, cardboard clean waste machine.
◎ The feeding adopts without shaft feeding or shaft feeding.
◎ Printing roller lateral movement is controlled by PLC or handwheel.
◎ Transmission gear adopts high quality alloy steel, fine grinding is manufactured after carburizing and quenching.
◎ Gear adopts double spray lubrication system.
◎ Main and blower adopt frequency conversion control, and the phase motor can be controlled by PLC touch screen or digital control.
